This page provides an online portal for submitting subpoena documents for service in the State of Minnesota. You can place an order for the domestication of a subpoena and the service of process using the following order form.

Fill out the form fields and include any necessary instructions before submitting your order. If you require additional time, send us an email with the attached subpoena documents. You will receive a response from us containing a payment link.

After submitting the order form, you will be directed to complete the checkout process. During checkout, you can specify the quantity, witness fees, and service of process only.
